This is a privacy notice pursuant to sect. 13 of the “Data Protection Code” contained in Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, (“Privacy Code”) for visitors to the website www.transportwatch.eu, whose personal data may be collected while consulting and using the website. This Privacy Notice applies only to personal data collected through the website www.transportwatch.eu (“Website”) and does not apply to websites of third parties which may be accessible via links from the Website.

Data freely provided by the visitor

If visitors to the Website freely send their personal data to the email addresses indicated or by filling in forms available on the Website (e.g. in order to request our newsletter) the Firm will collect their personal data, such as their e-mail or postal address or their phone number, as necessary to respond to the request.

Navigation data

Purpose of the processing

Visitors to the Website are entitled to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning them, to know the content and origin thereof, check the accuracy or ask for the completion or updating thereof, or rectification thereof pursuant to sect. 7 of the Privacy Code. This provides that visitors are also entitled to obtain the cancellation, anonymisation or block of their personal data if processed in violation of the law, or oppose, on legitimate grounds, the processing thereof.
